Let's talk BBQ. This is, after all, where it all started for us. When we founded this company, we named it Messy Face BBQ & Catering. We ultimately changed the name a few years later, realizing it didn't come close to describing the variety of what we now offered. But when we do get the chance to talk BBQ, get ready for some excitement! Now if you're wondering what "Gourmet BBQ" is, like any ingredient we work with, we hand select meats, produce, fruit — yes our grilled pina colada is amazing — to our highest standards. Quite simply because better quality really does taste better. Of course, a big part of BBQ is the sauce — that you'll eventually be licking off your fingers by the way — and we make all of our own sauces and marinades from scratch, featuring flavors from every cuisine, with more being invented all the time. Whether it's perfectly cooked meats or dessert hot off the grill, the best part of BBQ is spending time around the coals, sharing stories, tips, or the opportunity to score a quick sample straight off the grill!
