Weddings. A day of celebration and passion! Unfortunately at too many weddings, the passion goes into most everything except the food (the notion of lukewarm rubber chicken and overcooked seafood comes to mind all too easily). We see it very differently. The wedding that we invest in, is the one where the celebration goes beyond the ceremony, and straight to friends, family, and, of course, great food. The day is special, your wedding feast should be special, too. We take the greatest care in knowing in detail the wants and needs of the bridal party and families, even for things beyond the menu. This is a true consultative process, but well worth it come the fabled day. A Culinary Wedding? Sure, it emphasizes that food is important. Forget the size or number of guests, we give it a very comfortable and personal feel to it, which is what we believe it should be. As for wedding settings, we've done weddings at wineries (with no kitchen at all), historic halls, and even from parking lots and side yards of B&Bs. Our staff is dedicated to you, all of us knowing this day is about you and for you. And while we know you will look fabulous on your day, our mindset is that if someone leaves talking about the bride's dress first, we clearly didn't do our job. Hasn't happened yet!
