About this event

This is an area that really sets us apart. Our Executive Chef, Bruce Finch, had the opportunity to serve as a study partner for a now-certified Sommelier, creating entirely new dimensions of tastes and flavors. During this time, Chef Bruce focused on producing wine-paired dishes for blind-tastings he did for the students. With the experience he gained, Chef Bruce quickly branched out to create custom wine events with J Lohr — over an 8-year span — including a 12 appetizer pairing for their 40th Anniversary celebration. These experiences fueled his love for pairing wine with the perfect bite — including single courses, entire meals, and even flights. As a result, we can offer this same experience, creativity, and passion to you and your guests, at wineries, vineyards, or even private residences. Learn how certain flavors enhance different varietals, or how different wines enhance certain foods. Our pairings cover many different wines and varietals, including sparkling, whites, reds, ports, late harvest, or dessert wines.
