The two most common things we hear when talking to customers about holiday feasts, is the nervousness in preparing a meal far bigger than you're normally comfortable with, and the other is the stress associated with pulling it off; yes, often including multiple trips to the market. We won't even get into numbers three and four, timing everything to come out to the table at the same time, or cleanup, which sometimes seems as time consuming as the meal itself.

How about for once, you let us deal with everything from appetizers to entrée to dessert? The biggest thing you have to worry about is which pre-meal cocktail to serve or which wine to pour; and yes, we can even help with that! With options including turkey, lamb, ham, duck, or even Cornish game hen, we can provide a truly memorable, traditional holiday meal. If you have a family dish you'd like us to re-create or would like to incorporate specific elements into your meal, we will use the finest ingredients, locally-sourced, if available, all hormone-free and organic, when possible.
